Closing lobby does not operate with generic proposals or standard service packages. Each mandate begins with an honest technical assessment of what can be achieved, when, and how.

We assess the regulatory process, the status of the text, and the balance of forces. We tell you whether there is a real window for intervention or not. No beating around the bush.

01. Feasibility diagnosis

If the diagnosis is favorable, we agree on the exact objective: what text needs to be incorporated, removed, or amended, and at which stage of the process.

02. Mandate definition

Architecture of the amendment or provision, management of the legislative tempo, and intervention at the needle point. We operate with total discretion.

03. Technical intervention

The mandate closes when the text is published. The metric is the BOE or the OJEU. Not the activity report.
