Is the Founder and Executive Chairman of JRB Global Consulting Advisory. His unique career spans political leadership, international affairs, and high-level institutional engagement.
Former Member of the European Parliament (2019–2024)
Active member of key committees including the Transport and Tourism Committee (TRAN) and the Industry, Research and Foreign Affairs (AFET). Played a central role in legislative debates on the European Green Deal and the Single European Sky.
Former President of the Balearic Islands (2011–2015)
Led economic and tourism reforms focused on competitiveness, modernization, and sustainability.
Former Senator of the Kingdom of Spain
Actively involved in regional development, territorial cohesion, and EU affairs.
